About Element Restaurant Amara Singapore

Element Restaurant Amara Singapore presents a dining environment that manages to balance quiet sophistication with approachable warmth. The ambient lighting and modern décor create a comfortable space that invites lingering over courses without feeling rushed. While the staff generally display attentiveness, moments of slight delay in service were noticeable during peak hours, though this did little to detract from the overall calmness that the setting cultivates.

An exploration of the menu reveals an interesting interplay of flavors and carefully considered ingredients that hint at contemporary culinary influences. Signature dishes tend to strike a balance between innovation and familiarity, with textures that engage the palate in unexpected ways. Images found through Element Restaurant Amara Singapore photos capture the vibrant presentation, which aligns well with the restaurant’s visual identity. However, some dishes leaned more toward subtlety than boldness, which might not cater to those seeking intense or adventurous flavors.

Reviews from various sources indicate a general appreciation for the establishment’s consistency and atmosphere, though opinions diverge slightly on value relative to portion sizes and pricing. The restaurant’s layout supports both intimate dinners and small groups, enhancing its versatility. Observations from multiple visits suggest a clear intention to craft a thoughtful culinary experience that respects local tastes while offering subtle modern twists. While not without minor imperfections, the overall impression from Element Restaurant Amara Singapore restaurant feedback reflects an engaging option amid Singapore’s diverse dining landscape.

Our company event was enhanced by an exceptional oxtail dish, the finest I've encountered, prepared by the chef from the hotel's Element restaurant. The service staff were both polite and efficient, and the venue offered a clean, comfortable, and atmospheric environment.

Food was decent, had the opportunity to eat breakfast and lunch. Breakfast was pretty crowded and lunch was quiet - we had the whole place for ourselves. Atmosphere is good and peaceful.

Selection feels limited compared to other 5* hotel buffet. Quality still okay. After eatigo 50% still okay, otherwise too pricey. Nice Salmon sashimi Prawns Mushroom soup Creme brulee

I had a weekday dinner at Element Restaurant and we had a wonderful time. The buffet spread was fresh and tasty, highlights were the salmon sashimi, wagyu burger and smoky aburi salmon. Though desserts were limited, the overall selection was enjoyable. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive, quick to clear plates and refill drinks, and the Manager made us feel especially welcome by introducing the buffet and engaging with our table. His warmth and hospitality made the evening memorable. The ambience was relaxed and perfect for conversation. We truly enjoyed the food and service, and I’d happily recommend Element to friends and return again.

We celebrated birthday for our fellow colleague today at Element Restaurant inside Amara Hotel. I have been there quite often back in the days when I was working for IBM some 10+ year ago. I recall that their food is quite good. This restaurant offers 3 dining options: Buffet, A la carte and alfresco dining along Tras Street. Besides the vegetarian fried rice, the rest of the food was good. We felt that this fried rice is lacking in quantity as well as quality. Also for a restaurant in a hotel to offer one vegetarian option is poor selection. The star goes to the Nasi Lemak, with ample ingredients and a nice juicy fried chicken leg. The Hainaese Fried rice was not bad as well. Good portion of chicken breast and the rice is not too oily yet still bears the fragrance. The Hokkien mee / noodle is good according to my colleague and he's the picky eater. My vegetarian colleague only has one choice. The requested to hold the spring onion and they did that. My Traditional Black coffee was a bit diluted in my opinion. Should have opt for the western coffee. My colleague's Traditional ice coffee and ice tea was OK. One thing to note is that the restaurant was quiet and cosy. The aircon is good and up to certain extend cold for some. It's indeed a good environment if you wish to chill and have a peaceful meal. Will surely visit again.

Celebrating my girlfriend birthday on 12th Aug in Element Restaurant. Nice layout buffet stations with flavourful food. We enjoyed the dishes, ambience and felt relaxed as it was not too busy time in the restaurant, good for conversation. Staffs were friendly, very attentive and fast in clearing empty plates and refill drinks. The manager Shahri was so welcoming, he even present the buffet spread to me. While we were eating he comes by and talk to us, very accomodating, my friends enjoyed his conversation and even asked him to have a photo together with us before we left the restaurant. His service is excellent and makes our dining so delightful. Would recommend my friends and we will come back again.
